Booking your holiday cottage in North Norfolk is easy – you can check availability and book and pay for our properties online. If your dates fall outside of a period allowed by our online booking system, or you would just prefer to speak to a human being and do it all over the phone, call us on 01263 741777. We don’t want to lose our personal touch and welcome talking with you!

Choosing your cottage

Check availability by filling in the relevant boxes on the right hand side of our cottages page. You will be given a list of the properties that fulfil your criteria, with the availability and price for your stay at the bottom of each cottage page. You can sort these by size, price or name and when you view these you can mark the ones you like as a favourite. If there is something you want to know about a specific cottage that has not been covered, contact us. Our staff know the cottages well and will be able to help you.

Booking

Once you have chosen your holiday cottage in North Norfolk, select ‘book now’ at the bottom of the detailed page on the start date you require. If you are an existing client of ours you will be asked to sign in, if not it will ask you to register with us. This is a simple 2 minute process and will enable you to make payments and review your bookings. We respect the privacy of our guests and none of your details will be passed to any other company. Check all details of the booking are correct, add any additional items you require and then select ‘proceed’, where you will be asked how you wish to pay.

Payment

We require a 25% deposit if booking more than 8 weeks from start date, or the full payment if 8 weeks or less. There is a £25 booking fee on each booking, and you can pay by debit card, bank transfer (BACS) cheque or credit card, with a 2.5% surcharge on credit card payments. For all card payments we use a secure payment server to ensure the maximum security of your card details.
Please ensure the booking reference number is entered in the reference box on all BACS payments, or write it on the back if paying by cheque. BACS will normally show on your booking within 2 days, and cheques can take up to 10 working days.

Keeping Track of Your Bookings

You can see the status of your bookings and get information on directions, key pick up etc at any time here. To keep this secure you will be asked to log in with your email address and password that you gave when you registered with us.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please call or email us. You may be covered by our cancellation policy, in which case you may be entitled to a refund (minus the booking fee which is non-refundable).
