The property has a fabulous location. From two of the bedrooms, it enjoys marvellous panoramic views of Blakeney’s natural harbour, the Salt Marshes, Blakeney Point and out to sea – a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. 2 Point View is nestled in a quiet location just off the Coast Road and a gentle couple of minutes stroll from Blakeney Quay and all of Blakeney’s amenities. One of the many superb features of 2 Point View is the nearby access to the Coastal Path that runs between Blakeney and Morston making it absolutely perfect for bird-watchers, walkers and children.
Inside, this property has a wonderful open-plan layout with a very well equipped integrated kitchen featuring a large fridge-freezer, stainless steel electric double Neff fan oven with induction hob, integrated dishwasher, washer-drier, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
Open to the kitchen is the lovely, comfortable sitting room with seating for six. A stylish modern log-burning stove is the focal point of the room, making it wonderfully cosy in the winter months and especially welcoming after a long day out walking. The soft furnishings are all high quality and the Nordic-style décor throughout has been tastefully chosen to give a relaxing, subtle coastal feel. For the evenings (and the occasional rainy day!) there is a good-sized LED smart TV with Freeview, a BluRay player, iPod doc, lots of board games, books and DVDs. There is also free superfast WIFI.
Off the sitting room is the spacious conservatory which is used as the dining area, it is triple glazed and underfloor heated so just as warm and cosy in the winter as it is light and bright in the summer. This lovely dining area adds a real sense of light and space to the property and opens out onto the enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs for eight if required. This is lovely space within which to enjoy sunny days (and nights) and share good food, wine and conversation in the fresh air.
Upstairs on the first floor are two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with wonderful views over Blakeney’s natural harbour and Blakeney Point beyond. The second king-sized room, this one to the front of the property, features a Porcelanosa en-suite shower room. On this floor, there is also the main family bathroom which is also fitted by Porcelanosa and has a spacious walk-in shower.
The entire second floor comprises a delightful master suite with further stunning views over Blakeney Harbour, the Salt Marsh, on to Blakeney Point and out to sea; on a clear day, you can see as far as the west hills at Wells-next-the-Sea. This bedroom enjoys an en-suite W.C. with basin and as with all the bedrooms at Point View is finished with stylish furnishings with comfortable high-quality beds. It also features a good-sized LED TV, dressing table and plenty of storage.
