Whitefriars

We are delighted to offer our guests Whitefriars, a fabulous property which has been totally transformed by the current owners, creating a wonderful blend of sleek, modern interiors and traditional features. Situated just a 5 minute stroll to The Quay  and all of the amenities this renowned coastal village offers, Whitefriars offers top quality accommodation for eight in four bedrooms, with both a pretty garden and private parking for two cars. Whitefriars is built in an Arts and Crafts style and is decorated throughout with William Morris soft furnishings.

The open plan kitchen and dining room offers our guests everything you would expect from luxury self catering accommodation, including an induction hob, two full size ovens, fridge freezer, an integrated dishwasher and a Sonos Roam. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bi-fold doors leading from the kitchen to the courtyard allow guests to really let the outside in during the summer months.

The sitting room features comfortable sofas and arm chairs, with a 43″ Smart TV.

3 Whitefriars benefits from a downstairs shower room with loo and sink.

Upstairs, there are four good sized bedrooms. The first offers a kingsize bed with clothes storage and an en-suite shower room. On a bright summers day, this bedroom benefits from far reaching views across the marsh and out to sea.

The second bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room.

The third bedroom has a double bed with clothes storage and a small desk, ideal for those who need to do some work whilst on holiday.

The fourth bedroom has two full size single beds, perfect for children and adults alike.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

Whitefriars has an enclosed south facing sun-trap garden and covered courtyard area with plenty of outside seating and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. We know that Whitefriars is going to be extremely popular with our discerning guests with its ideal location, beautiful garden and luxury interiors.
