Dove Cottage

Dove Cottage is a well presented, modern self-catering cottage within walking distance of the famous quay at Blakeney. Well located in this popular village which boasts a good selection of eateries, independent shops and galleries, Dove Cottage is the perfect retreat in all seasons for couples and groups of family or friends. Dove Cottage is all on one level, ideal for those who prefer not to use stairs. One enters the property into the superb galley style kitchen, well equipped with everything you could possibly need from a self catering property including an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Through the kitchen is the wonderfully furnished living room with plenty of comfortable seating surrounding a lovely wood burning stove; perfect for warming your toes after winter coastal walks! In fine weather, open the French doors to the front terrace garden which offers a wonderful seating area and charcoal BBQ.

Dove Cottage sleeps four guests and has two bedrooms to the rear of the property. There is one double bedroom and one zip and link bedroom which can be made as a king bed or as two singles. (please give us two weeks’ notice of your preferred bed configuration) The comfy beds and quality linen will guarantee a good night’s sleep at Dove Cottage. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail and illuminated mirror.

The cottage holds a prime position in the ever-popular village of Blakeney. Take the coastal path walk to the neighbouring villages of Cley-Next-The-Sea and Morston whilst enjoying the stunning saltmarsh views and fascinating bird activity on offer. The local delicatessen is just a 2 minute walk away with a selection of pastries, local produce and freshly baked bread. For the little ones (and grown ups!) the nearby quayside is a popular area to enjoy crabbing.

There is off-street parking for two cars at Dove Cottage. One well behaved dog welcome.
