Tucked away in the sought-after North Norfolk village of Glandford, Lapwing Cottage is a beautifully presented character property that blends traditional charm with contemporary touches. With its open plan interior, two charming bedrooms and courtyard garden, Lapwing Cottage is a charming holiday home offering the opportunity to enjoy the relaxed pace and natural beauty of its location.

The open plan living area is arranged around a generous sofa, dressed with soft cushions and positioned beneath a large framed map so you can plan your adventure route! The room is lit by soft lighting creating a cosy, relaxing atmosphere and a TV is provided for family film nights. The room flows through to the kitchen and dining area, with a wooden dining table at the heart, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, family meals or planning the day ahead. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, small fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom is an inviting space, tucked beneath the eaves and filled with natural light from a large skylight window above. At the centre of the room is a comfortable king size bed, dressed in crisp white linens.

The second bedroom is also set in the eaves and two comfortable single beds sit on either side of the room.

Both bedrooms share access to the family bathroom, a contemporary space finished to a high standard throughout. A full size bath with an overhead shower and glass screen provides the option for a relaxing soak or refreshing shower after a day exploring the coast. The room also features a sleek vanity unit with basin along with a WC.

Externally, the woven fencing provides an enclosed spot for enjoying a slow morning coffee, al fresco breakfast or evening drink. The property benefits from private parking for two vehicles.

Excellent food is just on your doorstep, at the wonderful Glaven Bistro in the heart of Glandford. Glandford itself sits within the Glaven Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is ideally located for exploring the nearby coastal favourites including Blakeney, Cley Next The Sea as well as the Georgian market town of Holt. Glandford also enjoys beautiful countryside and peaceful walking routes, accessible from the cottage doorstep!
