Taylors - exteriorSitting in a lovely quiet, rural location in between the popular coastal village of Cley-next-the-Sea and the sought after Georgian market town of Holt in North Norfolk, Taylors Barn is a superb family-friendly barn conversion that benefits from the use of a play barn and extensive grounds. With a wonderfully stylish open-plan living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms this gorgeous property is opened up to the eaves throughout giving a fantastic feeling of light and space.  Character features such as the exposed beams throughout give an architectural interest and add to the gamesbarnstylish, modern feel of the property.

The main living area of Taylors - dining roomTaylors Barn is the spectacular, large open plan ‘L’ shaped space accommodating the kitchen, dining area and sitting room. This is a wonderful space is opened up to the eaves with exposed timbers, engineered wooden floors and large windows to the front of the building which give it a lovely light and bright feel.

The stylish, modern kitchen with modern units incorporates OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAa dishwasher, fridge and freezer under a composite stone work top make it a space Taylors - sitting roomthat is as practical as it is stylish.  There is a double oven integrated into to these units and a large multi-zone induction hob making this kitchen the holiday chefs dream! A feature we love is the 15 bottle wine cooler – an essential appliance in any high-end holiday let! There is also a digital radio in the kitchen.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen the dining area features a good sized hard wood table with comfy padded seats for up to Front garden14 people.

Up a step from the Taylors - master bedroomdining area, the seating area has two large comfortable three seat sofas arranged around the fabulous feature log burner and large LED smart T.V. The low-level lighting in this area, mixed with the comfy soft furnishings and superb log burner make this space lovely and cosy, perfect for hunkering down on winters evenings with a nice bottle of wine and a good movie! There are large French doors that open out on to the private terrace to the rear of the property.

Taylors - ensuiteThe large dual aspect master bedroom has a luxurious Taylors - twin roomsuper-king 6-foot four poster bed and a fantastic en-suite bathroom with a walk in rain shower and ‘his and hers’ basins and tap.

There is a good size twin bedroom and another smaller twin room which share the large family bathroom which has a a large bathtub and separate walk in shower.

Taylors - single roomTaylors Barn has underfloor heating throughout with separate controllable Taylors - rear gardenthermostats for each room so it is as warm and cosy in winter as it is light, bright and airy in summer.

Externally Taylors Barn has a private BBQ terrace directly outside the main living area and also has the benefit of a large wooded garden area which is shared with the neighbouring property Bixes Barn. Both Bixes and Taylors have more private areas of this space but the area as a whole is communal. There is also a lawned area to the front of the property perfect for ball games.

A fabulous addition to this family friendly property is the huge play barn which includes, table tennis, Fussball, pool, darts and a play area for younger children. This barn is shared with the neighbouring Bixes Barn.
