A magnificent, award winning, country residence, newly renovated to the highest standards and beautifully furnished. An ideal venue for family gatherings or friends to stay in superb comfort and enjoy the delights of North Norfolk.

Upper Hall farm is a fully renovated farmhouse in a sought after rural location within a few miles of the North Norfolk coastline. The property offers luxurious accommodation with five bedrooms all of which have en-suite bath or shower rooms, a large open-plan, well equipped kitchen with Aga and spacious dining area, utility room, drawing room, sitting room/office, and television room.

A feature of the house is the grand entrance hall with galleried landing which opens to the full height of the building. Off the hall is a downstairs cloakroom with wc.

The large bright kitchen is divided into two areas with a four oven electric Aga presiding over the cooking area furnished with cream painted units and feature island beneath granite worktops. There is an integrated dishwasher and microwave oven and large fridge/freezer. The dining area is open to the rafters with a french styled extending dining table and plenty of comfortable chairs. A rear hall leads to the separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

The wonderful drawing room is beautifully furnished with many antiques and collectables and interesting paintings. Comfortable sofas look both towards the open fireplace and out towards the garden as well. There is a separate television room with flat screen TV and dvd with a squashy corner sofa for watching favourite programmes and another small sitting room with desk, sofa and chair for quiet relaxation.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are accessed from the stylish galleried landing. The huge kin size bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with separate shower. There are two other double bedrooms; one featuring a french bed and similar styled furnishings with an en suite bathroom with shower above the bath, and the other with a wire work four poster bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room. The twin room has an en suite bathroom with shower above the bath and there is a single room with en suite shower room. Outside, the property is approached by a long driveway set well back from the nearest road and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside from both the house and its garden. There is a large lawned area to the rear of the property.

The owners have agreed to allow dogs at Upper Hall Farm on the conditions they are kept in the comfortable kennels (see picture) and under no circumstances enter the house.
