If you’re after a character cottage that is cosy and charming, Wisteria Cottage could be just what you’re looking for. Situated in the heart of Blakeney, this beautiful old cottage is tastefully decorated and features comfortable home furnishings to help our guests have a relaxing break. One enters the property into a lovely dining room at the back of the house which features local antique pamment flooring, exposed beams and a painted flint wall… a taste of the character features that are so prominent throughout this delightful cottage. French doors leading out from this room on to a tiny seating area with table and chairs for two. Steps drop down into a simple yet well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need from a holiday let.

The refurbished living room has been decorated and furnished in a modern nautical style and features a fabulous wood-burning stove which makes a lovely focal point to the room when lit on cold winters evenings. There is a good sized smart TV surrounded by a comfortable sofa and armchair. Leading from the living room is a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand-basin.

Upstairs the bedrooms are decorated in a classic cottage style, there is double bedroom with plenty of storage as well as a stylish writing bureau and Eames style chair.  The second bedroom is a good size and has zip and link beds which can be made up as twins or a king bed (please give us at least 2 weeks notice of your preference). Up a couple of steps there is also a large bathroom with a stand alone bath, WC and hand basin.

If you fancy an evening out instead, Blakeney has plenty to offer. Across the road from Wisteria Cottage is the village bowling green, and close by is Blakeney Quay, where you can enjoy the delights of local pubs, eateries and shops.
This luxury cottage is ideal for two sets of couples looking for a coastal break. However, it’s also suitable for families looking for a longer getaway.
