The Chart House is a stunning, newly finished, stylish yet practical detached family holiday home in a sought after location in Blakeney, North Norfolk, just a short walk from The Quay and all of the amenities this renowned coastal village offers. Beautiful open plan spaces, good sized gardens and plenty of parking make The Chart House the ideal venue for large family holidays or for groups of friends gathering together for a weekend on the coast. The two good sized bedrooms on the ground floor share a luxurious family bathroom and both have zip and link beds meaning adaptable accommodation for all ages. The huge open plan living area, with kitchen, dining and living areas incorporated, works incredibly well for easy family living and the separate living room/snug with its large smart TV provides a superb area in which to relax.

The owners of this newly renovated property have created a very light and airy feel throughout the house. The main open plan living area incorporating the custom fitted kitchen, eye-catching dining area in front of 4-metre bi-fold doors and cosy sitting area, the focal point of which is the superb log burner, is a truly stunning space.

The custom-made kitchen is superbly fitted. Integrated within the painted units and under a luxurious Quartz worktop are high-end appliances including gas hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge-freezer. The worktop appliances include a Dualit toaster, Kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a large dining table in-front of stunning bi-fold doors which really make the internal space a part of the garden – bringing the outside in. The living area of this room is gorgeous with two lovely comfy sofas arranged around the fabulous log burning stove which makes this space so special in the wintertime. Just off the kitchen is a useful utility room with washer and drier, another sink and a downstairs WC.

The TV room has a large L shaped sofa in front of a huge LED smart TV which creates a lovely comfy space to hunker down in front of your favourite box sets or movies. The house has full central heating throughout plus the wood burning stove making it ideal for large gatherings in all seasons.

There are two ground floor bedrooms which both have high-quality zip and link beds. These bedrooms share a good sized family bathroom also on the ground floor which features a large walk-in shower with drencher shower-head and a lovely sized bathtub.

On the first floor are two further zip and link bedrooms both of which have lovely far reaching coastal views over Blakeneys rooftops and out to sea, as well as a large and stylish kingsize master suite. This gorgeous bedroom has plenty of built-in storages and features a good sized en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Off the large landing, there is also a family shower room again with a walk-in shower. (If you have a preferred bed layout for any of the zip and link beds which can be made up as either Kings or Twins please give us at least two weeks’ notice).

The Chart House is set within good sized gardens. To the front is the large gravelled parking area and to the rear is a large lawned garden with mature shrubberies and trees. It is fully enclosed so there is plenty of room for children and dogs to safely play. A paved south facing terrace has plenty of outside dining furniture and makes for a wonderful space to enjoy BBQ’s on warm summer evenings.

We know our guests are going to really enjoy their stays at The Chart House, the stylish yet practical feel the owners have given this lovely coastal property will mean that guests will be very reluctant to hand the keys back in at the end of their holiday!
