and get lost in one of the many wonderful books or board games the owners kindly provide. The stable style door from the sitting room offers access to the enclosed lawned garden.

Norfolk Coast.

The second bedroom has a lovely king size bed, original cast iron fireplace with clothes storage.
The third bedroom has a zip and link bedroom, which can either be made up as two 2’6″ single beds or a king size when zipped. Please give at least two
weeks notice on your preferred bed configuration.

If you manage to tear yourself away from this delightful property you will discover that there is so much to do in
the area. The village of Kelling has a quiet shingle beach and is also just a two mile drive away from the Georgian market town of Holt with its fabulous selection of boutique shops, cafes and antique stores. Kelling beach is 15 – 20 mins walk away through the fields. It is a wild and often windy beach with no facilities (or car park) and is perfect for walkers and photographers. Because it is quiet, seals can often be sighted swimming close to the shore. Kelling also has The Old Reading Room Gallery
& Tea Room which make for a lovely afternoon out.
- The owners kindly provide a highchair and a badminton set for guests use which can be found in the outhouse.
-
Please note the fireplaces are not in use throughout the house and are decorative only.
