With unrivalled views of Cromer’s famous Pier, beach, and out to sea, 10 East Cliff is the ideal base for those looking to explore this wonderful area of the North Norfolk Coastline. The bustling seaside town of Cromer offers guests a choice of independent shops, cafes, and wonderful eateries, all within walking distance of the apartment. With coastal views from almost every room in the property, we are sure 10 East Cliff is going to be popular with our guests!

One enters the property into a light and bright, open-plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats four guests and enjoys those all-important views of Cromer beach and out to sea.

The living room is decorated in a tasteful coastal theme and features two sofas, a coffee table, and TV.

The master bedroom features dual-aspect windows so you can wake up to the sight and sound of the waves…bliss! This room features a comfortable super king bed, bedside tables, and drawer storage.

The second bedroom features zip and link beds which can be zipped together as a king-size double upon request (please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice of your preference). This bedroom enjoys unspoiled views of Cromer Pier.

The shower room features a large walk-in shower, wc and wash hand basin.

The property is ideally situated and is just a stone’s throw from all the local amenities. Cromer Promenade is directly below the property and includes a surf school and board and paddle board hire shop. The property is next door to the award-winning Red Lion Pub, offering superb Norfolk cuisine (and dog friendly!). The property is within easy reach of many cycle and walking routes which are enjoyed by visitors all year round.

There is space to drop off your bags and unload them outside the property, however, there is no private parking. There are several long-stay car parks within a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

To access the flat there are six steps at the front door to the main building and a single flight of quite steep steps to reach the flat door to the property. Please contact us prior to booking if you require further information regarding access.

One small well-behaved dog is welcome at 10 East Cliff but please note, the property does not offer private outdoor space. The property is not suitable for large dogs and we ask that no dogs are left unattended at the apartment at any time. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding dogs for further details.
