Woodside is a stylish, family-friendly property located in the sought-after coastal village of Cley-Next-The-Sea. The property is tucked away down a quiet lane away from the bustle of the village centre yet just a short walk from the award-winning delicatessen, smoke house, galleries, pubs and famous coastal path. With accommodation set all on one level, a superb open-plan living space, a large garden and off-road parking, Woodside is the ideal hideaway for those looking to explore all the North Norfolk Coast has to offer.  

The property opens into a spacious entrance area which leads into the lovely modern kitchen which is well equipped with everything you could need including an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided) and small breakfast bar.  A separate cupboard off the hall houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.  The sitting area has two comfortable sofas arranged around a warming wood burning stove and a 32” Samsung Smart TV with Freeview. The dining area is filled with lots of natural light and features a large wooden table which can comfortably seat six guests and French doors which open out onto the good-sized garden.

The master bedroom is furnished with a super king bed, fitted wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the good-sized family bathroom decorated in a tasteful coastal theme. This room is equipped with a shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and features a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom features two single beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. A door from the kitchen leads to a separate shower room with freestanding shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The large garden runs around the side of the house and features a patio area with outdoor seating for six guests and a charcoal BBQ.  The garden is laid to lawn and the rear is bordered with hedging for privacy. To the front of the property there is a large, gravelled driveway with parking for up to  four cars.

Cley Next The Sea is a historical 18th Century port village with a renowned windmill on the quayside. The village has many attractive brick and flint fisherman’s cottages. There is a range of shops including an art gallery, ‘Made in Cley’ working pottery, the famous ‘Cley Smokehouse’ and superb Picnic Fayre Delicatessen and village bakery. There are two pubs and a restaurant in the village with the well-known Wiveton Hall Café just a 10 minute walk away. Sitting in the middle of this Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area, Cley Next The Sea is perfectly placed for easy access to the saltmarshes and walks out to Blakeney Point.
