As you step inside this beautiful property, make your way up the staircase into the stylish living space which the owners have tastefully furnished to create the ultimate luxury retreat. The sitting room is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a day wandering the beautiful beaches of North Norfolk. On a winter’s evening, light the wood burning stove to warm your toes and add a real ambience to the room. There is a TV with built-in Freeview, DVD Player and a Bluetooth speaker. During fine weather, glass bi-fold doors can be opened onto the rooftop terrace for al-fresco dining in the sunshine!

Along the corridor is the stylish kitchen which is a great space to cater and dine in and well equipped with everything you could need from a self-catering property. This includes an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer box, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and a dining table seating six.

Downstairs you have two comfortable bedrooms, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and one zip and link room which can be made up as twin or king size room by prior arrangement. (Please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice of your request) Just outside the second bedroom is a WC and shower.
