Sea View Barn is a delightful newly renovated barn conversion in a great location, just a few hundred yards from the beach at Weybourne. As its name suggests, there are good views of the sea from the barn and it is also within easy walking distance of other village amenities including pubs and the village shop. Weybourne is a short drive to the delightful market town of Holt, and other lovely conservation villages with their gastro-pubs and restaurants and also good golf courses.

The vaulted living accomodation is open plan to include a cosy sitting area with Aga woodburner, dining table and a good quality newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with a utility cupboard housing a washer/drier. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and in addition, a small single bedroom. The charming owners of Seaview Barn have paid great attention to detail with heritage colours, bespoke soft furnishings, excellent quality fixtures and fittings and delightful finishing touches.

Outside is a good sized decking area overlooking an unenclosed area of lawn with fields and the sea beyond. The barn is situated in a quiet cul de sac with easy parking on the lane outside.
