The Gatehouse is a charming one bedroom 17^th Century barn conversion perfectly situated in the delightful village of Langham, North Norfolk. The coastal villages of Blakeney, Morston and Cley are just approx. 2 miles away and the lovely village of Binham with its Priory and fantastic ‘Parlour’ Café is less than a 10 minute drive from the property. The fantastic local village pub, The Bluebell, is walking distance from the property and many other eateries are just a short drive from The Gatehouse. The property is the ideal base for those looking to explore all this wonderful area has to offer.

The Gatehouse can be enjoyed all seasons of the year, with its pretty, suntrap garden for the summer months and a cosy wood burning stove in the living room for winter evenings. The owners of The Gatehouse have thought of everything to ensure you a relaxing and comfortable stay at their much loved second home.

One enters the property into the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could require including hob, oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, small table top dishwasher and washing machine. In the corner of the room is wooden dining table with 4 chairs. The cosy sitting area has been decorated with high quality furnishings and is a wonderful space for relaxing during your stay. In the corner of the room is a SMART TV with Freeview. French doors lead out to the enclosed garden.

The bedroom has a king size bed and has been beautifully styled throughout. There is a chest of drawer unit for storage and wall hanging space. The French doors leading out to the courtyard is a lovely feature of this room which can be enjoyed in the summer months.

The bathroom at The Gatehouse has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside, The Gatehouse has a fully enclosed garden equipped with a bistro dining set and charcoal BBQ. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.
