Tucked away within the grounds of the boutique Blakeney House Hotel, 3 Garden Cottage is a charming coastal retreat that was thoughtfully renovated in 2026, blending timeless Norfolk character with effortless Scandinavian-inspired style. From its brick-and-flint exterior to the calming interiors, this delightful cottage has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of space, light and relaxation. Soft coastal tones, natural textures and carefully chosen furnishings bring a fresh aesthetic throughout, offering a wonderful base for enjoying beautiful North Norfolk in all seasons.

At the heart of the cottage is a welcoming sitting room, beautifully styled with bespoke cabinetry, oak accents and comfortable seating. A wall-mounted Smart TV with Freeview and speaker are provided for cosy evenings in, whether you are streaming your favourite series or relaxing with music after a day on the coast. Please note, you will need to have your own subscription service to use the apps on the television. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area offers everything needed for holiday living including induction hob, oven, 60/40 fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (original Nespresso pod compatible). French doors lead through to a conservatory that provides an additional peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee, surrounded by the mature trees and greenery that give the cottage its wonderfully secluded feel. Please note that as the conservatory sits beneath mature trees, some seasonal leaf and tree debris may naturally fall on the conservatory roof and patio area.

Upstairs, two beautifully presented bedrooms offer restful accommodation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is arranged with twin beds that can be made up as a king upon request (please give us at least two weeks notice of your preference). A stylish family bathroom with shower over the bath serves both bedrooms, while a convenient ground floor WC adds extra practicality.

Outside, a private patio area provides a lovely spot for al fresco dining or an evening glass of wine beneath the trees. The mature surroundings create a wonderfully sheltered atmosphere and bring a sense of being immersed in nature. Private parking is also available.

Perfectly positioned in the sought-after village of Blakeney, guests can stroll down to the quay, independent shops, galleries and eateries, while the beautiful coastline and salt marshes are all within easy reach.
