3 Point View

3 Point View is a deceptively spacious high-end cottage in a wonderful location in Blakeney, North Norfolk. Comfortably sleeping six, this property is furnished to a very high standard  and offers luxurious accommodation over three floors. Modern comforts like underfloor heating, triple glazing, luxurious kitchen and bathrooms make it the perfect coastal retreat. 3 Point View also boasts a lovely sun trap garden to the rear of the property, ideal for BBQs and al-fresco dining and to the front benefits from private off-road parking for two cars.

The kitchen boasts everything you need whilst on a self-catering holiday, including an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier and a Nespresso machine. (Please note that pods are not provided). The kitchen also offers dining space for up to six guests.

Open to the kitchen is a lovely sitting room with comfortable sofas seating for six. The electric fire makes it wonderfully cosy in the winter months and especially welcoming after a long day out walking. The soft furnishings are all high quality and the modern interior offers a relaxing yet sophisticated style. For the evenings (and the occasional rainy day!) there is a good-sized LED TV with Freeview and free superfast WIFI.

Off the sitting room is the spacious conservatory which is used as a second space for relaxing, socialising and enjoying the sunshine. This lovely second living space adds a real sense of light and space to the property and opens out onto the enclosed courtyard garden. This is lovely space within which to enjoy sunny days and share good food, wine and conversation in the fresh air.

The first bedroom is a king size bedroom, with clothes storage. The second bedroom is a zip and link, with clothes storage (please give at least 2 weeks notice of your prefered bed configuration) and as with all the bedrooms at 3 Point View is finished with stylish furnishings with comfortable high-quality beds.

The family bathroom offers a bath with separate walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared between the king and zip and link room.

The entire second floor comprises a delightful master suite with a king-size bedroom, clothes storage and an en-suite shower room.

3 Point View has an enclosed, suntrap courtyard garden with charcoal BBQ.

3 Point View is a fantastic example of a high-end holiday home in Blakeney. With a fabulous location close to The Quay and all of Blakeney’s amenities together with a sun trap garden and private parking, it really offers everything you could possibly need when on holiday, whether as a couple, a group of friends or as a family, in North Norfolk.
