Skylark Cottage

Skylark Cottage is a beautifully furnished country cottage located in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea and is just a stones throw from the Quay where the infamous sailing boat ‘The Albatross’ is moored. Skylark has a wonderful homely feel throughout, with touches of traditional features, with the added benefit of an upstairs balcony and private courtyard with bistro seating. Wells-next-the-Sea is a beautiful coastal town in North Norfolk, with boutique and independent shops, restaurants, pubs and your typical coastal features including arcades, ice cream and fish and chip shops. The sandy beach at Wells is a delightful day out for the whole family.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Rangemaster cooker and hob, a small fridge freezers and a Nespresso Machine. There is a large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in the outbuilding.

The sitting room has a feature fireplace with woodburner, comfortable sofas and Smart TV. There is also a dining table which comfortably seats 6 guests.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, clothes storage and has a sunny south facing balcony with patio furniture.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

The third bedroom also has a comfortable double bed.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower and seperate bath.

Skylark Cottage benefits from both a private sun-trap balcony on the second floor and a shared courtyard with six seater patio furniture. Guests have use of a charcoal BBQ and the large outbuilding in front of the property for storage of bikes and other outdoor possessions.
