73 Morston Road is a luxurious and stylish property sitting in a prime location in the sought after coastal village of Blakeney. Sleeping 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (all en-suite) this wonderful home from home benefits from panoramic coastal views, private parking for up to 5 cars (including charging point for electric cars), a sophisticated and well-equipped interior which features a unique ‘cinema’ room in the cellar, as well as practical spaces like the large utility room. It is located just a 10 minute walk from Blakeneys famous quayside and we think it is undoubtedly up there with the finest large holiday homes on the North Norfolk Coast.

The open-plan main living area is a truly exceptional space. The kitchen features all of the high-end, integrated appliances you would expect including induction hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine (pods are not included). The kitchen and dining area flow naturally in to the cosy main sitting room and double bi-fold doors open out on to a large terrace, bringing the outdoors in and making this wonderful space perfect for socialising and entertaining all year round.

The large sitting room is both warm and cosy in winter with its superb log burning stove and light and airy in the summer with the bi-fold doors opening out on to the terrace. It features a 55″ Samsung Smart TV with FreeSat and Soundbar and lovely comfortable sofas. There is also a desk in the window looking out to the front of the property which is a really useful addition for anyone who needs to do a bit of work during their stay and a feature which is definitely becoming more and more called for.

The cellar has been converted in to a beautiful ‘cinema’ room, perfect for tucking yourself away from the main hustle and bustle of the house and relaxing in front of the large 55″ smart TV with your favourite film. The owners also provide a spare HDMI cable, ideal for anyone planning on bringing their games console on holiday with them.

73 Morston Road has five bedrooms all of which have individual, stylish en-suite facilities as well as a television in each room! The master bedroom boasts a wonderfully comfy 6ft bed and stunning far reaching coastal views. Its en-suite features a roll-top bath as well as the large walk in shower. Bedroom two features a kingsize bed, a lovely walk in shower room and some lovely rural views.

There are 3 zip and link bedrooms all with their own shower rooms and all of which can either be made in to super king or twin beds on request (please give at least 2 weeks notice) which adds a great deal flexibility to the accommodation on offer. One of these zip and link rooms is on the ground floor and has a walk in shower room making it perfect for those who require accommodation on one level.

The garden at 73 Morston Road is another superb feature of this fabulous property. The large terrace has a timber gazebo which provides a fantastic covered seating/barbequing area allowing guests to the enjoy outside space whatever the weather! On sunny days the large lawned area is perfect for sunbathing, home picnics or enjoying a game of football or badminton. The owners provide a large wooden table and chairs for your entire party. In the summer there is an outdoor lounge and a large day-bed. The gas BBQ has a pizza stone and griddle accessories.

There are two travel cots supplied and stair gates are fitted at the top of the cinema room stairs and the top of the main stairs at 73 Morston Road.
