Barn House

Barn House is one of our most popular properties and features 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with French doors looking towards the sea. The main bathroom has a cast iron roll top bath with separate shower and there is a four person sauna available for guests use!

The breakfast/kitchen has French doors to a south facing patio, range style duel-fuel cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and is fitted with hand painted units and has a large farmhouse table which comfortably seats ten people. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room/snug has both dining furniture and armchairs.

The sitting room has French doors to the patio and a window with views towards the salt marshes. There is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and the room is very comfortably furnished with armchairs and sofas. This large room also contains bookshelves and has many interesting paintings of boats and coastal scenes.

Back upstairs is a large play-room with door and outside stairs down to the garden, containing a table tennis table, large TV and Blu-Ray player. This TV is not connected to an aerial and is there solely for use with the Blu-Ray player. There are cabin style beds which can be used for additional accommodation.

Outside, the delightfully sheltered garden contains mature trees and a sunken south facing patio area, ideal for alfresco dining (a charcoal barbeque is available) or sunbathing. There is a small summerhouse and lawned area ideal for garden games. To the front of the house is parking space for up to four cars. A well behaved dog is welcome but owners must adhere to the house rules regarding their pets. Bed linen and towels provided but please bring beach towels.
