Beautiful hardwood cabinetry provides ample storage and includes a backlit pantry cupboard housing the microwave and Nespresso machine, alongside a 70/30 integrated fridge freezer, Bosch oven and induction hob. With a generous selection of cookbooks, it is perfectly set up for creating meals using produce from the village’s renowned delicatessen and smokehouse. Off the hall, a useful internal boot room leads through to a downstairs cloakroom with washing machine.

The spacious sitting room is both stylish and inviting, with comfortable furnishings arranged around a feature fireplace with log burning stove. A large Sony LED TV with FreeSat can be neatly tucked away or extended on its arm for relaxed evenings in. This room also offers a good selection of books and board games, and is wonderfully light thanks to its dual-aspect Georgian sash windows.

To the front, a gravel courtyard garden enclosed by woven hazel fencing provides a private and characterful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. To the rear, there is parking for one car, with a path leading directly to Cley windmill and the coastal path beyond.
