Church Cottage

Church Cottage is a superb family holiday cottage with sea views, good sized garden and off road parking. Set in a lovely location in front of St. Nicholas Church in Salthouse it has been stylishly renovated to a very high standard.

The open plan kitchen/area is large light and airy. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, large ‘American’ style fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Just off the kitchen is a useful separate utility area with a washing machine and sink.

The dining area is a good size and has a large oak dining table. There is a log burner in this room which adds not just warmth but also a lovely ambience to winter dining. In contrast during warmer periods the large french doors can be opened on to the garden adding to the light and airy feel of the room by letting the outside in.

The sitting room is decorated in a traditional style. Its working, original open fireplace and comfortable soft furnishings give this room a really cosy feel. As with the dining room, the sitting room has french doors that open out on to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a walk in shower room.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One double bedroom with stunning sea views from two aspects, one room that can be either a twin or a kingsized double on request (please give at least 7 days notice) and a set twin room. The upstairs hallway is lined with books for all readers. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor.
