Clinker Cottage

Clinker Cottage, located in the heart of the coastal village of Blakeney, is a stunning blend of traditional and industrial features which is newly renovated and refurbished. This space offers guests the chance to fully relax in luxury, fully en-suite accommodation, in a perfect and sought after location.

The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room creates the perfect space for you and your guests to socialise. 

The kitchen has an induction range hob and electric oven, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso Classic coffee machine (Please note that pods are not included) The natural wood dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests. 

The sitting room offers cosy and comfortable accommodation, with velvet sofas, leather arm chairs, a Smart TV and a Sonos Sound System. The wood burner fills the sitting room, kitchen and dining room with warmth during the winter months. 

Also on the ground floor is a downstairs utility room with a W.C., washing machine and tumble dryer. 

The Norfolk winder stairs at Clinker Cottage have fitted stair-gates both at the top and the bottom of the stairs.

The en-suite master bedroom boasts a super-king size zip and link bed (please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration) with a beautiful roll top bath and industrial style shower. This master suite also has clothes storage and a Smart TV.

The second bedroom also has a super-king size zip and link bed (please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration), with a beautiful en-suite shower room. This bedroom suite also has clothes storage and a Smart TV.

The third bedroom has a kingsize zip and link bed (please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration), with a beautiful en-suite shower room.

The Potting Shed is an external building, separate from Clinker Cottage, which allows guests to enjoy meals and social occasions with a change of scenery from the main house. With a large dining table, lights and infrared heaters, The Potting Shed is an excellent and unique feature of Clinker Cottage. The dining table can also be pulled out of The Potting Shed to offer alfresco dining on those beautiful summer evenings we all dream of. Clinker Cottage also offers guests the use of a Paella Pan and pizza oven that goes on top of the BBQ. It is made by a company called Onni and requires wood pellets and firelighters which are provided at the property. We highly recommend ordering pizza ingredients from Onni to really make the most of what Clinker Cottage has to offer!

Clinker Cottage has a sun trap courtyard, with rattan loungers, foot stools and cushions. There is also a fantastic hot and cold outside shower, perfect to wash off sandy toes after a long day at the beach! Logs will be provided at the
property, which you can take from the log store as and when you need a top up of wood.
