Crab Cottage

Crab Cottage is a superb, high quality, newly built house in the pretty North Norfolk village of Langham and sits among a tasteful collection of cottages and barn conversions on the old ‘Langham Glass’ site just about a mile from the coast at Morston and Blakeney. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open plan living space and a fully enclosed garden, this property is ideal for family getaways or couples who want more space than a traditional one bedroom cottage can offer!

The kitchen and living space at Crab Cottage are situated upstairs, whilst the bedrooms can be found downstairs. The kitchen at Crab Cottage has a superbly well equipped kitchen, with a Rangemaster Toledo, two ovens and 1 grill, large american fridge freezer with ice maker and water filter. There is an integrated dishwasher, and Nespresso machine with a milk frother (please note that coffee pods are not provided). A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room downstairs.

The beautiful sitting room has a 40″ Smart TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD’s available. There is also a Bowers and Wilkins A7    player which connects via WiFi to phone/iPad. You will also find a mood lighting system which can be controlled using the remote control.

In the snug, situated from the kitchen, is a 32″ Smart TV with a Nintendo Wii for guests use with a selection of games and controllers. This is an ideal room to tuck away from the main house and enjoy some relaxing time.

The master bedroom offers a super king size bed with luxury feather bedding, clothes storage and an ensuite shower room with walk in shower.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed with luxury feather bedding, clothes storage and an ensuite shower room with walk in shower.

The third bedroom has a zip and link bed with luxury feather bedding, which can either be made up as a king-size bed or two singles. Please give at least two weeks notice of your prefered bed configuration.

The family bathroom at Crab Cottage has a bath with shower over head.

Crab Cottage has a private, fully enclosed garden, with a gas BBQ for guests use, and a rattan sofa set with outside dining table. Please note, the garden is accessible from the gate opposite the front door of Crab Cottage.

The quaint village of Langham is just 2 miles in land from the charming coastal village of Blakeney with its famous coastal path, boutique shops, cafes and eateries.

Crab Cottage offers guests high quality, practical accommodation within close enough proximity of the Norfolk coast to reach by short bicycle ride or morning walk and yet is just far enough away to not be affected by the hustle and bustle in peak times.
