Tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul de sac at the top of the Village, Crab Quay in Blakeney is a beautifully presented, single-storey home offering comfort, space and practicality. With its brick and flint exterior, generous gravel driveway and private setting, it immediately feels welcoming and a home-from-home. Blakeney’s independent shops, pubs and iconic quayside are just a short stroll away.

Inside, the house is thoughtfully arranged across one level, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs while still enjoying spacious, sociable living. The interiors are tastefully styled with a subtle coastal feel reflecting its North Norfolk setting.

The large sitting room is an inviting space featuring three comfortable sofas arranged around an open fire, creating the perfect spot for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. Natural light streams in through French doors, which open directly onto the patio and garden beyond. A television with home cinema sound bar makes this a wonderful space for cosy film nights.

The kitchen and dining space forms the true heart of the home. Bright, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Expansive worktops provide ample room for preparing everything from simple breakfasts to celebratory suppers. Fitted with quality cooking appliances, a dishwasher, double ovens and microwave, it is designed to make catering for six both easy and enjoyable. The adjoining dining area features French doors leading out to the patio, complete with an outdoor dining set and BBQ- ideal for relaxed Summer evenings. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Crab Quay comfortably sleeps six guests across three beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and enjoys its own en-suite bathroom, newly fitted in 2026. This modern room features a shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin. There are an additional two twin bedrooms, both featuring plenty of clothes storage. The family bathroom is also newly fitted, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside, the garden provides the perfect space to unwind with the generous patio area and lawned, enclosed space.
