Croft Farm

Croft Farm is a superb retreat sitting in the delightful village of Kelling on the North Norfolk Coast.The neutral tones and quality furnishings throughout will help our guests feel relaxed the moment they enter this wonderful property. With an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area that can open up to the garden via French doors, three good-sized bedrooms and a large garden, this fantastic property offers practical and comfortable accommodation. 

One enters the property into the open plan living space which is perfect in all seasons with its wood-burning for cosy evenings in and its French doors that open out onto the sunny terrace for al-fresco dining in the summer months. The living room also features a SMART TV with Netflix and BlueRay/DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a table and chairs that seat six comfortably. Also on the ground floor is a good-sized bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and separate shower room with walk-in rain shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Upstairs the large master bedroom at Croft Farm has a king-size wooden framed bed and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside to the rear of the property. The third bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers for storage. Both bedrooms share a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower above bath, w.c,  washbasin and heated towel rail. 

With its stylish furnishings, light and bright interior and three good-sized bedrooms we are sure guests wont want to leave this wonderful retreat! If you manage to tear yourself away from the property you will discover that there is so much to do in the area. The village of Kelling has a quiet shingle beach and is also just a two mile drive away from the Georgian market town of Holt with its fabulous selection of boutique shops, cafes and antique stores. The neighbouring village of Weybourne is home to the UK’s largest privately- owned military museum, The Muckleburgh Collection, once a secret military camp in WWII.

Croft Farm has a lawned garden to the rear with a sunny terrace which you can access via the French doors from the main living area. There is private parking for two cars on the shared gravelled driveway.
