Driftwood Cottage is a charming, flint and brick fisherman’s cottage with off road parking and a private courtyard situated in the heart of beautiful Blakeney.
One enters the cottage through a stable door, coming in off the south-facing courtyard garden in to the beautiful, light and bright sitting room. This has comfy soft furnishings, a large LCD TV with FreeSat and a lovely open fireplace which, along with the electric central heating, keep Driftwood Cottage stays warm and cosy through even the coldest winter. There is also a dining table in this room that will comfortably seat four.

One enters the cottage through a stable door, coming in off the south-facing courtyard garden in to the beautiful, light and bright sitting room. This has comfy soft furnishings, a large LCD TV with FreeSat and a lovely open fireplace which, along with the electric central heating, keep Driftwood Cottage stays warm and cosy through even the coldest winter. There is also a dining table in this room that will comfortably seat four.
The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge freezer, a brushed stainless steel electric oven with halogen hob, a dishwasher and microwave.
Up the traditional cottage staircase are two bedrooms and a large bathroom. A stylish, newly finished double bedroom and a small single room. The newly fitted bathroom is truly superb and has a sumptuous roll top bath with shower attachment.
Driftwood Cottage is a wonderful traditional Blakeney Cottage and is set down a quiet ‘loke’ a short stroll from The Quay and all of the amenities that Blakeney has to offer. The small courtyard garden and private parking space are real bonuses in this popular coastal village.
If you are coming away with family or friends, the delightful Rosemary Cottage (sleeps 5) is situated next door to Driftwood Cottage.

Susan Davies, March 2025We spent a lovely couple of days at Driftwood with everything to hand and enjoyed wandering around Blakeney itself and surrounding areas. Very relaxing and the cottage had everything you could wish for, easy to park outside and a grocery store within easy distance for those forgotten items. Lots of places to stop for a coffee or a glass of wine and early morning croissants.

It was so cosy and comfortable, and there was everything you could possibly need in this beautifully appointed, luxurious cottage from The Blakeney Cottage Company. On arrival, there was a light on in the warm lounge to welcome you in, and the cottage owner had thoughtfully decorated the cottage with pretty Christmas decorations and a tree. It was just so lovely. The cottage was spotlessly clean, with beautiful white bed linen and fluffy towels. The BCC made the booking process very straightforward and their treats left for us were very welcome. Parking was easy and a very handy location just near to the Quay. A perfect spot….we will definitely be back.Rooms: 5/5?
