This open plan living space offers a large dining table with plenty of seating so you can all gather together for a home cooked meal. Two comfortable armchairs are arranged below the stunning ceiling lantern window making it a wonderful spot for afternoon reading. The house can be enjoyed in all seasons and offers underfloor heating so the house is comfortably toasty in the winter months. The sofa and armchairs in the living area surround a Smart TV with access to BT package. Also on the ground floor is a handy utility area featuring a practical fitted storage area, washing machine, tumble dryer, additional sink and WC. There is an additional door leading from the front of the property into here making it ideal for dogs after muddy quayside walks!

Upstairs, the property has three good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, plenty of clothes storage and en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe storage. Bedroom three has a super king bed which can be made up as twins upon request (please give us atleast 2 weeks notice of your preference). This room also has wardrobe storage and an ensuite shower room. All the rooms share use of the modern family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside, the property has a courtyard garden with outdoor seating for up to six guests and a charcoal BBQ. This area is fully enclosed making it ideal for those staying with children and dogs. The garden has a gate leading to the parking area with parking for up to two vehicles. Please note access to this is tight for large vehicles. Additional parking is available at the Village Hall approx 10 minute walk from the house.
The location of Fiddlers Rest is ideal; just a 10 minute walk down the pretty Hollyhock lined High Street and you will find yourself on Blakeney’s famous Quayside, popular for Crabbing, bird watching, paddle boarding and boat trips. A selection of pubs, cafes and gift shops are all within walking distance. If you fancy exploring more of North Norfolk, the coastal villages of Wells, Cley, Morston and Salthouse are all less than 30 minutes drive away from Blakeney making it the perfect base!

A security deposit of £200.00 will be ring-fenced during your stay and released on departure.
