Fisherman’s View enjoys spectacular views of Cromer’s famous Pier, Beach and out to sea making this wonderful little apartment the ideal coastal escape. The property benefits from two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wonderful open plan living space and a little balcony for enjoying those all important sea views.

One enters the property into a shared entrance hallway with two sets of stairs leading up to your private apartment. The entrance hallway leads into the tastefully furnished living space equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with ice box, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/drier and dining table with plenty of seating. The living space has a comfortable L shaped sofa and armchair surrounding a Smart TV. French doors lead out to a delightfully little balcony with bistro set seating two. Fantastic coastal views can be enjoyed from all the windows in the living space and balcony area.

The master bedroom has a comfortable super king bed, plenty of hanging space, drawer storage and a large dressing table. The ensuite to this room features a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The second bedroom has a king size wooden framed bed with wall hanging space, a chest of drawers and armchair. The property offers a second shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Fisherman’s View is perfectly positioned within an easy reach of all the local amenities in Cromer. Throughout the year Cromer has a busy events schedule including Carnival Week, Cromer Festival, the annual New Years Day Fireworks from the Pier, many shows from the Cromer Pier Theatre, The 1940’s weekend and many, many more! The town itself has a wonderful selection of eateries, traditional Fish and Chip shops, boutique shops and café’s.

The property does not have private parking, however, you have several parking options available in the local car parks most of which are less than a 10 minute walk from the property.
