Lovingly transformed by its owners, this coastal retreat has been thoughtfully curated to offer something truly special. With interiors by Alexandra Johnson interior design, this period cottage combines a rich mix of carefully chosen luxury furnishings and vintage finds. The result is an eclectic yet wonderfully harmonious English cottage style, layered with personality and lifted with a fresh, contemporary twist.

At the heart of the home lies the open-plan living space, where a wood burning stove forms the focal point, creating a wonderfully warm and cosy atmosphere during cooler coastal evenings. Comfortable sofas, sumptuous soft furnishings and a large smart TV invite you to relax.

A generous dining table sits nearby, ideal for slow breakfasts, leisurely lunches and hearty evening suppers. With exceptional local produce available from nearby delis, bakeries and farm shops, guests will be spoilt for choice when planning meals. The well-equipped kitchen features a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The cottage’s three bedrooms continue the home’s calm and inviting feel. Beautiful designer fabrics and wallpapers flow throughout, from renowned names such as Colefax and Fowler, Lewis & Wood, Nina Campbell and Ian Mankin, adding warmth and timeless style.
At the top of the staircase, the first bedroom you encounter layers bespoke furnishings to create a welcoming and calm space with a king-size bed to relax in. Patterned wallpaper wraps the room in subtle texture, complementing the colour palette and a chest of drawers provides ample storage.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, blending traditional character with thoughtful styling. A versatile zip and link bed allows the room to be arranged either as a luxurious king-size bed or as comfortable twin beds, making it ideal for couples, friends or family members sharing. Exposed wooden ceiling beams run the length of the room, adding a wonderful sense of heritage. Carefully chosen furniture includes a charming dressing table and traditional wooden wardrobe.
Adding a unique and playful element, ladder steps lead up to the third bedroom, creating a sense of adventure. From this room, wonderful far-reaching views can be seen across to Blakeney Point and beyond. The cosy attic bedroom features two single beds and can be added to your booking for an additional £70.

The bathroom offers a relaxing space to unwind. At the heart sits a large, freestanding roll-top bath, perfect for a long, soothing soak after a day spent walking the coast or exploring nearby villages. The room also features a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

A parking permit is provided for the British Legion Harbour Rooms Car Park, located approximately a three-minute walk from the cottage.
