The heart of the house is the bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor. Filled with natural light from the numerous windows and French doors, this sociable space is perfect for gathering together after a day exploring the coast. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering stays, while the large dining table provides plenty of room for relaxing breakfasts, family dinners and evenings spent together. Comfortable sofas create a welcoming sitting area, with doors opening directly onto the garden and patio during the warmer months. The property especially welcomes young guests with a high chair, travel cot, stairgate, step stool and their own little wooden chair and cushion for their comfort and enjoyment.

Also on the ground floor are three comfortable bedrooms. These bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, together with a separate shower room, helping to make busy mornings a little bit easier. Bedroom one is a super-king size zip and link bedroom which can be made up as twins on request. (please give us at least 2 weeks notice of your preference). Bedroom two is also on the ground floor and features a wooden-framed super-king size bed with wonderful views over the surrounding fields. Bedroom three is a practical zip and link twin bedroom which can be made up as a king-size bed on request.

Upstairs, Hawthorns offers a wonderful second living space. The first-floor sitting room is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings, roof windows and far-reaching views across the surrounding fields. With comfortable seating and a television, it provides a quieter retreat away from the main living area downstairs- ideal for curling up with a book, enjoying a film or simply taking in the peaceful countryside outlook.

The master bedroom is also situated upstairs and benefits from its own en-suite shower room, creating a lovely private space away from the other bedrooms. This room enjoys a juliet balcony facing the saltings.

Outside, the property is surrounded by a generous lawned garden, with a patio for dining, outdoor seating and large parasol providing the perfect spot for al-fresco meals on sunny days. The garden is fenced in, making it ideal for your four-legged friends! The open countryside beyond gives Hawthorns a wonderfully peaceful feel, while the large gravelled driveway provides convenient off-road parking. There is also a natural play area that includes a wooden swing seat and tyre swing for younger guests to enjoy. Beach toys are also available and numerous board games for added entertainment. There is also a wonderful veranda at the front of the house which is the perfect place for sundowners.

Hawthorns is ideally placed for discovering this beautiful stretch of the North Norfolk coast. Stiffkey is the perfect location for walkers and nature lovers, with easy access to the Norfolk Coast Path and miles of beautiful marshland, creeks and open skies to explore.

Also within the village is The Stiffkey Red Lion, a welcoming traditional pub serving food, alongside a good selection of beers and wines. The village is also home to the popular Stiffkey Stores, a lovely village shop and café selling local and organic produce as well as homeware and gifts.
