Set in an elevated position overlooking the Cley salt marshes, this beautifully presented property offers a front-row seat to one of the UKs most celebrated coastal habitats. Whether you are scanning the marsh through binoculars, enjoying birdsong with your morning coffee or watching the sky glow at sunset, Hole Cottage invites you to immerse yourself with the natural world.

Inside, the cottage blends comfort and character effortlessly. The cosy living room is the heart of the home and offers a relaxing space after exploring the coast. Sink into comfortable sofas beside the wood-burning stove on cooler evennings, enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV with Sky, or catch up on work at the handy desk.

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing local seafood and seasonal produce, with everything you need for leisurely breakfasts or candle-lit dinners. Facilities include an oven and hob, Smeg fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle, along with a dining area perfectly suited to long, unhurried meals.

Step outside into the private courtyard garden, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks beneath vast Norfolk skies. Parking is included (a rare treat in Cley), making exploring the surrounding nature reserves and coastline wonderfully easy.

Up the traditional Norfolk winder staircase lies one of the cottage’s standout features: a stunning master bedroom with far-reaching salt marsh views. From the king-size bed, you can watch the landscape change with the light and tides. This room includes a stylish en-suite shower room for added comfort.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed, an exposed brick and flint wall, and a beautiful mural inspired by the coastal setting. This room has access to a well-appointed bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

For added flexibility, there is a third, centrally located bedroom with a single day bed, perfect for an extra guest. This can be added onto your booking for an additional £50. Please provide us with at least two weeks notice if you wish to make use of this space.
