Reviews

Gill, March 2025

The cottage was lovely – quirky layout but plenty of space, comfortable, well furnished with a nice mix of old and new, and the kitchen was very well equipped. It’s in a fantastic location, walking distance from the harbour, pubs, cafe, shops galleries and lovely walks on the doorstep to Morston or Cley. There is a little car park just a few metres further up the street which has very reasonable day rate (£6 at time of writing this review), so unloading wasn’t a problem.
Lovely to have a log burner with a good supply of logs, though glad we took our own kindling and matches! Perfect for our group of 4 (two couples) and a dog. The stairs are steep so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, but this is made clear on the details before booking.
Had a fantastic long weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. We were very lucky with the weather too!

We had an amazing stay at Hope Cottage! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for our group. It had everything we needed for a relaxing short break, and the check-in process was seamless.

The location was ideal—just a short stroll to the Quay and within walking distance of charming local shops and cafes. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Blakeney!

Stylish pad, spotlessly clean, perfect location. Cosy, comfortable, with everything we needed for a super weekend. Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hope Cottage Blakeney over the Christmas period. Really lovely cottage. The only thing I feel it needs is coat hookRooms: 5/5?

Libby, January 2025

Hope Cottage exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Blakeney and beyond. Very tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. Comfortable bedding. They’ve thought of everything. Generous welcome gifts were appreciated. Don’t think to check on parking situation so that was a bit tricky arriving in the dark but a local pointed out a public carpark a few moments walk back up the street. £6 for 24hrs. That worked for us.
