Kingfisher  Cottage is stylish, coastal retreat situated right in the heart of the delightful village of Cley Next The Sea. The property is just a stones throw from the famous ‘Picnic Fayre Deli’, Windmill, The George Pub, Smokehouse and a selection of independent shops to explore. 

Kingfisher Cottage offers a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room complete with high quality appliances for the holiday chef! This open plan space for all the family to gather together with for breakfasts before a day out on the beach or a breathtaking walk on the famous salt marshes situated right on the doorstep. The beautiful living room has a wonderful ‘snug’ area featuring a media unit with Smart TV and comfy L Shaped sofa. The main part of the living room is a sociable space with plenty of comfortable seating. 

Off the sitting room down a short corridor is the refurbished ground floor king sized bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is a large twin room, the handy utility and a newly fitted shower room.

Upstairs, there is another good sized twin room with its own LCD TV, a children’s room with bunk beds and a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. The cottage can accommodate a family of eight in total. The property has views across Cley marshes from certain rooms and has parking for 2 cars to the side. There is a gorgeous little suntrap, enclosed courtyard featuring a charcoal BBQ – perfect for relaxing with a good book, gin and tonic or dining al fresco!

Kingfisher Cottage offers a really good location for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast and has proven to be a popular retreat for our guests.
