Kipper Cottage is a delightfully quaint old fisherman’s Cottage sleeping 2-3 in the heart of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. It has been fully renovated to a high standard and has a pretty south/west facing courtyard garden. The new owners have decorated the cottage with great flair and have created a light and bright Gustavian haven here on the North Norfolk coast.

Downstairs one enters the property into the airy sitting room, furnished with gloriously comfy pale linen sofa and painted antique furniture. There is a superb log-burning stove and LED smart T.V, making it ideal for lazy nights in with a bottle of wine. The central heating and log-burner ensures that the property feels as warm and cosy in the winter as it does light and airy in the summer!

Through a glass door is the well-equipped kitchen with microwave, hob and oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with icebox, all subtly contained within cream painted wooden units. There is also a good-sized dining table in the corner of the room surrounded by linen covered chairs.

To the rear of the property is a pretty, south/west facing, gravelled courtyard garden. This catches the sun in the early evening making it perfect for al-fresco dining at the bistro style table and chairs.

Upstairs and the master bedroom decor continues the light, bright Scandinavian style with beautiful painted antique furnishings, including kingsize bed, which is perfectly offset to the gorgeous original fireplace and large Georgian sash windows. The new owners have installed a new unvented water cylinder and updated the bathroom including putting in a new ‘drencher’ shower so there is now superb hot water pressure at the property. There is a pretty single bedroom at the rear of the property overlooking the courtyard garden.

Kipper Cottage is the perfect small Blakeney holiday home. Ideal for couples or small families looking to visit the beautiful North Norfolk coastline, the property oozes charm and with its superb location and excellent facilities, we are sure it will continue to be a favourite with our discerning guests.
