Whether preparing hearty breakfasts, elegant dinners, or a relaxed grazing board for friends, the kitchen’s layout, features, and visual appeal make it a pleasure to use.

The dining area sits just beside the kitchen and features a large dining table that comfortably accommodates the entire group. With bi-fold doors opening onto the rear terrace, the space is flooded with natural light and brings the outside in making it an delightful spot for casual brunches or candlelit dinners. In warmer months, guests can open the doors wide and let the breeze, birdsong, and garden scents become part of the dining experience.

Just beyond, the living area is a haven of comfort and style. Centred around a beautiful log-burning stove set into a decorative herringbone brick fireplace, it exudes warmth and character. Plush, incredibly comfortable soft furnishings… generous sofas and cosy armchairs… invite guests to sink in, relax, and enjoy long conversations, a good book, or a favourite film on the Smart TV. It’s the perfect retreat after a windswept walk along the coast or a day spent exploring the local area.

The ground floor also includes a stylish and generously sized bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, offering a comfortable and private space set apart from the main living areas. Conveniently located beside this bedroom is an large well-appointed shower room featuring a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail. This layout is particularly well-suited for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or find it difficult to climb into a bath, making it an ideal option for older guests or those with reduced mobility. A separate utility room with a washer/dryer adds further convenience, especially for extended stays or sandy beach days.

Upstairs, accommodation continues to impress. The superb master suite is vast and boasts a gorgeous super-king size bed and an large en-suite bathroom with a luxurious freestanding bath, walk-in shower, WC, and wash basin… ideal for an indulgent soak with a glass of wine at the end of the day. There is also another king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, all with either private en-suite or adjacent shower facilities.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden is a private, sun-drenched oasis complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue… ideal for long summer evenings and relaxed alfresco meals. The front of the property features off-street parking for up to five cars and includes an EV charging point. The entire site is enclosed, offering peace of mind for those bringing children or dogs.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge), and a thoughtful combination of feather and hypoallergenic bedding is provided to suit all guests. Infants are welcome… though guests are kindly asked to bring their own baby equipment if required.
