We are delighted to welcome the gorgeous Little Tern House to our portfolio. Beautifully styled in soft nautical tones with thoughtful details throughout, this charming coastal home is designed with relaxed family living and memory making by the sea.

Set on Back Lane, just moments from Blakeney Quay, Little Tern House offers practical and flexible accommodation, with two separate living rooms making it an ideal choice for families and multi-generational stays.

The main living room is a coastal haven, filled with natural light and thoughtful details. The room features comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a glass coffee table, while woven rugs and linen fabrics provide warmth. A wood-burning stove sits within the fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings after coastal walks. The nautical artwork, natural wood accents and soft lighting complete the interior. This room also features a large Smart TV with Sky.

A second, inviting sitting room is equally as gorgeous, designed with easy living in mind. The soft neutral theme continues, complemented with natural textures throughout. A generous corner sofa is piled with cushions and soft throws, perfect for long, lazy evenings. A glass vintage curiosity table sits in the centre, home to numerous beachcombing finds and seashore treasures. Overhead, a striking woven lampshade brings a beach-inspired look to the room. Large windows are dressed with quality curtains and a second large Smart TV has access to Sky.

The kitchen diner is another sociable space, centred around a large dining table for family meals, lazy breakfasts and planning the day ahead. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, tall 70/30 fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier, making longer stays easy and comfortable. A downstairs WC adds everyday practicality. You will also find a digital radio and Bluetooth speaker, perfect for family kitchen discos!

Upstairs, Little Tern House offers three beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom is a coastal sanctuary complete with a super king size, four-poster bed dressed in quality soft furnishings. There is a relaxed armchair tucked by the window making it a wonderful spot for morning coffee. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished and features a king size zip and link bed which can be made up as twins upon request. Please provide us with two weeks notice of your preference. The third bedroom is thoughtfully designed for children, with two sets of bunk beds- ideal for siblings or friends sharing seaside adventures.

The property is advertised for sleeping six, however it can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests by using the top two bunk beds. An additional charge of £70 applies when the additional set of beds are required. A shared family shower room is beautifully finished with natural tones and quality finishes throughout. A spacious walk-in shower features a rain shower alongside a handheld attachment and glossy tiles. A wooden vanity houses a pair of basins with sleek fittings. The nautical rope-hung mirrors complete the relaxed, coastal aesthetic. This room is the ideal space for rinsing off after a day by the sea.

Outside, the property enjoys a large, south-west facing, lawned garden, offering plenty of space for children to play, adults to unwind, and everyone to enjoy al-fresco meals. There is a charcoal BBQ for summer evenings, and a handy rear gate providing direct access to the High Street. This convenient feature is perfect for morning bakery runs or popping out for supper. Parking is also available, and two dogs are very welcome.

Perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of Blakeney Quay, independent shops, pubs and coastal paths, Little Tern House is a beautiful yet practical base for laid-back coastal holidays. Expect lazy strolls to the local bakery, windy walks along the marshes and evenings listening to the murmuration of pink-footed geese overhead.
