Merisa is a wonderful coastal cottage sitting in a lovely quiet spot in the sought after village of Cley Next The Sea.  Just a  stones throw from the award winning delicatessen, smoke house, galleries and pubs in the village this superb addition to our portfolio of handpicked properties has wonderful stylish interiors and is extremely well equipped throughout offering luxury and comfort. Merisa benefits from cosy yet light and bright interiors, fully enclosed courtyard and an open fire for those chilly winter months make it an ideal holiday cottage for families or couples throughout the year.

Merisa front door opens into a long entrance hallway which runs down to the kitchen/dining room. A door to the right enters into the wonderfully cosy sitting room with beautiful styling and featuring a good sized Smart TV, portable home speaker and an gorgeous open fire. The owners kindly provide a starter pack of logs for the fire, which can be found in the woodstore outside.

The charming, hand-painted cottage kitchen is well equipped with everything the holiday chef could need and features an electric oven, halogen hob and the all important dishwasher! Leading from the kitchen in to the dining area you’ll find the perfect space to enjoy meals together as a group sitting around the fantastic country cottage dining table. To the back of the dining room is a small rear hallway off which you’ll find access to the downstairs shower room with handy W.C. and the back door to the fully enclosed courtyard. There is a washing machine in the cupboard under the stairs for guests use.

Upstairs and the good sized master bedroom has a king-size bed with hypoallergenic bedding and cottage style bedroom furniture. This room has some lovely views looking out over the old Glaven estuary. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with hypoallergenic bedding and bedroom furniture. The third bedroom offers two single beds with hypoallergenic bedding and bedroom furniture. Merisa has a lovely family bathroom with freestanding slipper bath with hand held shower.

Outside, you’ll find a secluded, fully enclosed courtyard with outside table and chairs and a charcoal ‘Big Green Egg’ BBQ.

The owners kindly provide a travel cot and high chair for guests use and a fitted, retractable stair gate can be found at the bottom of the stairs.

On street parking can be found directly outside the property, or alternatively guests can use the village hall car park which is free and just a two minute walk away from the property.

Merisa really is a superb holiday cottage offering wonderfully stylish comfortable accommodation in a fabulous location in this sought after village. We recommend booking early as demand is high for this one!
