Orchard House

Orchard House, situated in Blakeney just a short stroll from The Quay and local restaurants and bars, is a fantastic and secluded property to gather friends and family of all ages together to enjoy all that the North Norfolk Coast has to offer. Orchard House offers top quality accommodation with five bedrooms (all en-suite), private parking for 5 cars and a fully enclosed garden, both front and back. The owners of Orchard House have designed the property to be a practical and comfortable holiday home to suit all generations and we know that Orchard House is going to be extremely popular with our guests.

The open plan kitchen and dining space has everything you require from self-catering accommodation, including an induction microwave hob and two ovens, consisting of a single built in oven and an additional countertop oven, large fridge with under counter freezer, integrated dishwasher and wine cooler. There is an additional fridge in the garage for chilling drinks and a Nespresso machine. (Please note that pods are not included). There is a Smart TV and a Panasonic Bluetooth speaker with digital Radio and cd player in the kitchen.

The sitting room is a bright and colourful space, with comfortable sofas, 50″ Netflix enabled Smart TV, DVD player and woodburner. The sitting room benefits from Bi fold doors along one wall, which open to a large patio area. There is a handy downstairs W.C. leading from the sitting room, and a utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

The downstairs bedroom is perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs, with an en-suite walk in shower, clothes storage and Smart TV. This bed can either be made up as a king or a twin. Please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration.

Up the stairs there are four, all en-suite bedrooms. The second en-suite bedroom has a bath with overhead shower and clothes storage. This bedroom has a king-size zip and link bed. Please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration.

The third en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed, clothes storage and walk in shower.

The fourth en-suite bedroom has bunk beds, with full size single beds and a walk in shower.

The fifth bedroom has a king-size zip and link bed, clothes storage and en-suite shower room. Please give at least two weeks notice for your preferred bed configuration.

The fully enclosed garden has plenty of outside furniture, including a wicker oval table with reclining chairs, and two additional 6 seater metal tables and chairs, perfect for children. All tables have parasols available and there are comfortable chair cushions too. This garden benefits from a lovely lawn with mature flower beds and a charcoal BBQ. Both the front and back garden benefit from the sun at all times of the day.

The owners provide garden games, including a croquet set and swing ball. There is a large garage which is perfect for secure bike/canoe storage which is accessible from within the house.

We know our guests are going to really enjoy their stays at Orchard House, the stylish yet practical feel the owners have given this lovely coastal property will mean that you won’t want to go home at the end of your stay!

*The owners of Orchard House provide a high chair and travel cot for guests use. There are two fitted stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and a portable stair gate available in the property if required.
