Pembroke Cottage is a stunning three-bedroom, traditional Norfolk brick and flint style property bursting charm and character with its colourful and stylish interior. One enters the property into a ‘boho’ style kitchen/living area with magnificent views over the marshes of Salthouse. For the culinarians of the party, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a large range cooker, hand-built kitchen units, large fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine- Perfect for concocting those special evening meals for everyone to enjoy. The large wooden table offers ample seating for family and friends to eat good food together. In the warmer months bring the outside in by opening the large French doors to the stunning garden overlooking the salt marshes and beyond.
The welcoming living area has a tasteful mix of vibrant soft furnishings and eclectic ornaments adding a sense of style to an already idyllic property. Three sofas surround the wood burner which adds not just warmth but also a lovely ambience to winter evenings.
Upstairs the landing between two bedrooms is lined with plenty of books for all readers to enjoy and a comfortable futon sofa bed offers a place to relax and escape in a good book. There is a good sized desk for those who still have to work on their holidays and need a quiet corner to concentrate.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and both windows offer unrivalled coastal views. If you struggle with early mornings we are sure a glimpse of these views will encourage you to get up and discover all the area has to offer! The family bathroom is just off the upstairs landing with a refurbished, antique shower over the bath and a good-sized tub. The second bedroom is every child’s dream, filled with toys, games and a swing chair. The fun, built-in cabin beds have secret cubby holes and a third pull out bed underneath for any additional guests who may decide to join.
