Quayside is a coastal retreat, perfectly placed for exploring explore North Norfolk all year round. The Guildhall apartment building is accessed via 2 small steps and once inside, the property is all on one level making it ideal for those who prefer not to negotiate stairs. The beautiful Quay in Blakeney and all the local amenities including Two Magpies Bakery, The Moorings Restaurant, the gift shops and White Horse pub are all just a stones throw away from the property making it a fantastic base. The open-plan living space includes a homely sitting area featuring two sofas surrounding a 32” TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, integrated oven, microwave, under counter fridge with ice box, dishwasher, Krupps coffee machine which takes Nespresso pods (please bring these with you) and a round dining table seating up to four guests. The master bedroom features a zip and link bed which can be made up as a king size bed or two single beds, built in wardrobe storage and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom features two single beds, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe storage. All bedding is fully synthetic. Both bedrooms share a shower room featuring walk in shower, w/c and wash hand basin.

Everything was to a very high standard.
Spotlessly clean and superb quality.
Close to local amenities with views over the salt marshes.
A lovely touch to have local tea, cookies,apple juice and a super bottle of rose’ wine, left for us to enjoy, which we all appreciated.
All in all a superb break.
Eleanor, October 2025The flat was ideal for our family of four. The kids loved being right next to the quayside (and bakery next door!) and being able to get out so easily. We discovered that the hot water had broken but when we contacted James he came over on Saturday evening and then it was fixed on Sunday so it was so quick to get sorted.
We hadn’t realised parking is so tricky in Blakeney and it isn’t listed in the info so please note you may need to pay for parking. But blakeney is a perfect spot for a holiday and we had a great time.

It had all the amenities you would expect, perfect set up and very close to the quayside with some nice restaurants nearby. I was specifically looking for ground floor accommodation because my mother has some mobility issues and this fitted the bill exactly. The host was very pleasant as well.
