Rectory Hill Cottage is the ultimate coastal retreat for groups of family or friends looking to explore all the beautiful North Norfolk coast has to offer. Set in an enviable position on the outskirts of the popular coastal village Cley Next The Sea, Rectory Hill Cottage enjoys the most incredible views with stunning views of the sea and marshes. With its beautiful interior and fantastic sense of space, guests can expect to shut the door behind them and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

Enveloped by windows, the spectacular kitchen is at the heart of this property with wall-to-wall folding glass doors leading onto the outside decked terrace with those all-important stunning coastal views. The state-of-the-art kitchen has amples of work top space with a fantastic island with breakfast bar. There is a large fridge-freezer, double oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave and a Smart TV. There is a downstairs WC with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining table with comfortable seating for eight is positioned right next to the bi-fold doors allowing views to be enjoyed all year round. During the summer months, peel those doors back, enjoy the sea breeze and dine al-fresco. There is additional seating on the outside terrace.

The gorgeous sitting room comes furnished with two comfortable sofas, a two-seater chair, a corner armchair and a beautiful feature fireplace with wood burning stove for chilly evenings. There is a Smart TV.

Rectory Hill Cottage has four beautiful bedrooms to pick from. The master bedroom is decorated in calming pastel shades complete with a luxurious king-size bed, high quality soft furnishings and a window looking over the pretty garden to the rear of the property. The en-suite has a luxurious walk in rain shower, Heated towel rail and a huge fitted bath with hand held shower attachment- perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration!

The second bedroom is a peaceful space with plenty of storage and a dressing table. This room has a modern en-suite with shower, wc and wash hand basin.  The family bathroom is opposite with another walk in shower with drencher head and separate fitted bath. Further down the corridor is two further bedrooms, one twin and one double. The double room features an en-suite shower room, wc and wash hand basin. Each bedroom has high quality bedding to ensure a good nights’ sleep.

Cley Next The Sea has a host of cafes and pubs to choose from plus a wonderful delicatessen for pastries, freshly baked bread and local produce. Just 3 miles along the coast road is Morston Quay where guests can enjoy a boat trip out to see the seals (particularly popular in Dec/Jan when the seal pups are first born). For those who enjoy walking, join the 45 mile coastal path and head towards Blakeney or Salthouse to enjoy stunning views and fascinating bird activity with David Attenborough naming Cley as ‘one of the great places in Britain to see wildlife’.
