The large entrance hall opens to the main living space with a modern yet cosy aesthetic. This room offers plush sofas and chairs surrounding a wood burning stove and direct access to the garden making it the ideal space for curling up after a day of coastal exploration or for sunlit morning coffee in the summer months.

The kitchen is the heart of this stunning retreat, fully equipped with everything you need to create gastronomic delights. Here you will find twin Miele ovens, an induction hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, an additional under-counter fridge, a wine cooler and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. There is also an Insinkerator for food waste, the owners really have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

The generous dining area is the ideal space for family feasts or celebratory dinners, while wide patio doors open onto the patio and garden, offering indoor and outdoor living in the warmer months. There is also a large, separate utility room with Miele laundry washing machine and tumble dryer, plenty of additional storage and a second Nespresso coffee machine which is compatible with the original pod style.

Adjoining the kitchen is a large second reception room- an adaptable space featuring a 65″ wall-mounted TV, sumptuous sofas, comfortable seating and a practical desk. Whether used as a family media room, a peaceful reading space, or a stylish work-from-home area, it offers the flexibility to suit every guest. A handy shower room is also accessed via this space featuring a walk in shower with waterfall and hand held attachment, WC and wash hand basin.

Upstairs, the property continues to offer the wow factor with its six spacious, beautifully styled bedrooms. Four of these rooms are located on the first floor, all equipped with modern, wall mounted Smart TVs and high-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Three of these stunning bedrooms offer en-suites and there is an additional family bathroom, all with premium fixtures, free standing baths and walk in showers.

The master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a four-poster, king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted Smart TV, dressing table and a luxurious en-suite with Jack and Jill basins, walk-in shower with rain head attachment and a freestanding bath.

The second bedroom offers practical zip and link beds which can be made up as a king size bed or twins upon request (please give us atleast 2 weeks notice of your request. This room also offers a wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV and the benefit of a private balcony with bistro set! The perfect spot for morning coffee, taking in the fresh sea air.

Bedroom three is beautifully styled in a neutral colour scheme and features a king-size bed, chest of drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV and a high-quality en-suite shower room with rain shower head, WC and wash hand basin.

The fourth bedroom is a spacious room offering a king size, zip and link bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV and an impressive en-suite with walk-in shower with rain head attachment, large bath, WC and wash-hand basin. All bedrooms share use of the generous, family bathroom with a centrally placed free-standing bath, rain head walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. All the bathrooms offer heated towel rails, an important factor when booking high-quality accommodation.

The second floor houses two further beautifully appointed bedrooms. One of these is a king size bedroom with chest of drawers for storage and the other a practical king size, zip and link bedroom. Both of these bedrooms share use of a high-quality, modern shower room with walk-in shower with rain head attachment, WC and wash hand basin. This top floor benefits from plenty of natural light through the ceiling sky lights, it is the ideal space for guests seeking a little more privacy or for older children.

Reef House offers an equally impressive outdoor space. The private garden and large patio creates a wonderful area for relaxation and summer entertaining, complete with two large dining tables to comfortably seat twelve guests. There is even a convenient outdoor shower! Perfect for rinsing sandy paws after a day at one of the many beautiful beaches the North Norfolk coast has to offer.

The large, private driveway provides ample parking for six to eight cars, a rare luxury in this sought-after coastal village. Two well-behaved pooches are also warmly welcomed.
