The owner of Rosemary Cottage has put a lot of thought in to making this property a homely and welcoming bolthole to enjoy the North Norfolk Coast from. Tucked away in a little ‘loke’ off Westgate Street just a few yards from The Quay, Rosemary Cottage is a charming old fisherman’s cottage that has recently been renovated to provide comfortable family accommodation for up to 5 people. The property’s pretty ‘sun-trap’ courtyard garden with seating and gas BBQ is a lovely feature of the property and quite rare for a property so close to The Quay in Blakeney.

From the little courtyard, one enters into a hall area with hanging space for coasts and hats and a boot rack. Going into the sitting room, you’ll be greeted by a light and airy room, which has two sofas and an armchair, spaced around the open brick fire place complete with AGA wood burning stove. For cosy evenings in, there is a SMART TV andplenty of books on the book shelf.

From the sitting room is an original stable style door which leads to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen and dining room has recently been renovated and painted which creates a modern and light space. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/ drier and a Tassimo coffee machine. There is also a microwave and toaster situated on the kitchen units. The painted farmhouse style dining table comfortably seats six.

From the back of the sitting room one enters an inner hallway, which is where the downstairs bathroom is located, containing a bath with rain shower, w.c. and hand basin. From the inner hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms; one with a king size bed, one with a double bed and one single bedroom.

The king size bedroom has plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and the original hanging cupboard, the double has bedside drawers and chest of drawers and the single room has clothes storage.

With its sun-trap courtyard garden, outside rattan furniture and parking in front of the cottage, we are sure it will become a favourite with guests wanting to enjoy beautiful Blakeney and be near all the amenities that this lovely coastal village has to offer.

Please note that coffee pods are not provided for the Tassimo coffee machine.

Next door to Rosemary Cottage is the charming Driftwood Cottage (sleeping 3) so the two can be rented together if coming away with friends or family.
