Located in the heart of Blakeney, Samphire Cottage is a comfortable property where modern details have been added whilst maintaining its traditional cottage style and features. Located just a few meters from Blakeney Quay and the local villages amenities, Samphire cottage offers a gorgeous brick and flint property with plenty of outdoor space and car parking, ideally suited for a family of 4.

The open plan sitting / dining room is a cosy space, furnished with leather and Harris tweed furniture, foot stools, side tables along with a small dining table, chairs and window seat, perfect for family meal times. The soft furnishings, highlighted in mustard yellow, bring the whole space to life. There is a wall mounted smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer and a google nest Bluetooth speaker which can be used for all your musical wants, whilst on holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need whilst on a self-catering holiday, including an induction hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and a Nescafe dolce gusto coffee machine (please note, pods are not provided).

The stylish downstairs bathroom is modern and sleek with a deep bath and overhead electric shower along with a heated towel rail.

Up the traditional steep spiral Norfolk winder staircase, you’ll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys double aspect sash windows overlooking Blakeney pastures, a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and a walk – in wardrobe which adds a charming addition to this master bedroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and is ideal for children. With ample storage space and decorated with elephant table lamps, charming playful fabric animals on the wall and a delightful Tiger rug, this room will delight and charm younger guests staying at Samphire cottage.

Samphire cottage encourages guests to bring the outside in with a wonderful sheltered garden room which contains a decorative fireplace, two wicker chairs, a coffee table and a wooden bench, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. In the adjacent private patio area, there is also a large round slate table and 4 chairs for use when dining fresco style.

During the summer or winter, Samphire cottage offers guests plenty of outside space to enjoy the sun or shelter from the rain whilst staying in this lovely cottage.

The lawned area in front of Samphire cottage is an enclosed shared area, with access to other cottages. The private car park can be accessed through the shared garden area. This is a delightful cottage ideally suited to a small family wishing to enjoy a getaway to the coast.

There is parking for one small vehicle in a dedicated parking area near the property. If you have a large vehicle parking is available at the village hall nearby. The cottage enjoys a central village location close to the local Spar convenience store. As with any village centre setting, you may occasionally hear noise from deliveries, customers and passing vehicles during shop opening hours.
