With Unrivalled views of Blakeney Quay and the surrounding saltmarshes, Skylark flat is every bird watchers dream! This two bedroom apartment is situated on Blakeney High Street and offers guests striking views from almost every room.  Stairs lead up to the apartment sitting on the third floor of the Guildhall, just across the way from the Georgian Granary. 

Upon entering Skylark, you will find yourself in the open plan living space with a lovely light atmosphere and those all important views out over the saltmarshes. There is plenty of comfortable seating for your party to gather and relax after a long day of exploration. The room also provides a TV and DVD player and has a selection of books to enjoy. The bright kitchen area is well-equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a dining table seating up to four people.

The master bedroom offers a comfy kingsize bed and is decorated in relaxing neutral tones. There is a slim, fitted wardrobe for clothes storage and views from the Velux window catching a glimpse of the ancient Mariners Hill to one side and the marshes in the distance on the other. The second bedroom features two single beds and is perfect for youngsters. It also features a large window with those all-important views of Blakeney quayside. Both bedrooms share a fully tiled bathroom with wc, basin and a shower over a bath.

Blakeney is one of the most desirable areas of the Norfolk coastline to visit all year round with its variety of shops, galleries, pubs and natural beauty. If you don’t feel like cooking during your stay, a gentle stroll will take you to The Moorings restaurant, well worth a visit with its tasty menu inspired by the local area. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the local delicatessen with its selection of fresh bread, cheeses, meats and chutneys.

For those who enjoy walking or bird watching, the apartment is just a stone’s throw from the famous coastal path and marshes, an area of outstanding natural beauty. one mile’s walk will take you to the beautiful shingle beach in Cley and the fabulous eateries, Picnic Fayre Delicatessen and art galleries in the village.

With the beautiful quayside on your doorstep and plenty of local pub/restaurant just a short walk down the road, this practical apartment will become a firm favourite with guests looking for relaxing holiday in the perfect location.

*The annual Blakeney fun fair takes place on the Quay over 1 week in August. Please note, we are unable to confirm the date this will take place as this is organised around the tide times on ‘The Carnser’ car park.
