Summerdown Cottage is a truly stunning, newly built holiday cottage sitting in a peaceful location off the High Street in the sought after coastal village of Blakeney, North Norfolk. Just a short stroll from The Quay this fabulous one bedroom house mixes contemporary style with gorgeous interior design and luxurious finishes throughout making it a really special romantic bolthole for a couple looking to explore everything the beautiful North Norfolk coast has to offer.

One enters the property into a light and airy entrance hall off which are the gorgeous open plan living room, the good sized comfy and stylish bedroom and the separate W.C.

The main living space is a wonderful light and bright open-plan room the focal points of which are the spectacular floor to ceiling windows and the lovely, large log-burner. The sitting area of this has comfy soft furnishings set around the fabulous log-burner and good sized LED TV which has FreeSat. The property also has superfast broadband so there is no problem streaming HD movies. There are large French doors that open on to the courtyard garden at the front of the property.

The modern kitchen has plenty of storage and comprises of integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher all set underneath a hardwood worktop. It has a brushed stainless steel electric fan oven with induction hob and has been equipped with everything you would expect in a high-end holiday let kitchen.

Up a ladder from this room, on a mezzanine level, the clever owners have added a little ‘hidden gem’ to this luxury cottage! The cosy little ‘cinema room’ up in the eve’s has a huge SMART TV with Netflix and a home-cinema surround-sound system in front of a comfy love seat, perfect for cosy evenings in snuggled in front of your favourite movie!

The good sized bedroom, partially opened to the eaves, is as stylish as the rest of the cottage and has a solid oak kingsized bed with luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton linen as well as plenty of storage. The en-suite shower room has been fitted with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, the stunning glass fronted ‘Jack and Jill’ walk-in rain shower is a feature we particularly like!

Externally the courtyard garden for Summerdown Cottage is at the front of the property. There is a bench next to the huge fire-pit (which with the addition of a custom built grill section becomes a BBQ) meaning our guests can sit out enjoying the evenings in warmth even when the sun has set. There is a small table and chairs for two, ideal for al-fresco dining or enjoying a coffee and croissant from Blakeney Deli on a sunny morning.
