All of the other mod-cons you would expect in a high-end holiday let also feature in this superb kitchen. There is a dining table that comfortably seats four in this kitchen area and just off it is a large WC and the stairs leading to the first floor.
The sitting room has been stylishly furnished with two comfy sofas arranged around the good sized LED Smart TV. This lovely light and bright room has access to the properties paved terrace via French doors which when open make this room part of the garden.
Upstairs are two beautifully appointment bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely comfortable king sized bed and the benefit of a large walk in wardrobe off which is a high-quality ensuite shower room. The upstairs hallway and twin bedroom both offer glimpsing views of Blakeney channel and out to sea. Off the twin room is another superbly built shower room.
The garden is fully enclosed offering lawns to both the front and rear of the house meaning guests can enjoy the sun all day long. The rear garden has beautiful flower-filled beds in front of gorgeous woven bamboo fencing. The raised terrace area is a real sun trap and has an outside table and chairs for four and a Weber gas BBQ making it the perfect place to spend and evening, dining al fresco and enjoying a glass or two of good wine. A gate in the back fencing allows easy access to the private parking facilities Sunnyside offers.
