There is a dining table that comfortably seats four in this kitchen area and just off it is a large WC and the stairs leading to the first floor.

The sitting room has been stylishly furnished with two comfylivin room 2 copy sofas arranged around the good sized LED Smart TV. This lovely light and bright living room copy room has access to the properties paved terrace via French doors which when open make this room part of the garden.

Upstairs are two beautifully appointment bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely comfortable king sized bed and the benefit of a large walk in wardrobe off which is a high-quality ensuite shower room. The upstairs hallway and twin bedroom both offer glimpsing views of Blakeney channel and out to sea. Off the twin room is another superbly built shower room.
