Tern Cottage is a superb, contemporary detached property in the sought after coastal village of Blakeney. With wonderful, stylish open-plan interiors, superb coastal views, private, enclosed, sun-trap garden and plenty of parking (including an electric car charger), we already know that Tern Cottage is going to be a firm favourite with our guests!

The open plan kitchen/dining room boasts stylish and luxurious fittings and appliances and has an island with bar stools, ideal for socialising whilst cooking. The kitchen features a superb full-sized range oven, a large  Smeg fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher. a Delonghi Bean to Cup coffee machine and plenty of storage space. There is also an Alexa Dot and digital radio in the kitchen. The industrial dining styled table and benches comfortably seat 8 guests and add another modern touch to this beautiful kitchen. A washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the utility room.

In the glorious sitting room, you’ll find a 65″ Smart TV with a full Sky Q package (including sports and movies) as well as Netflix. Being open to the kitchen, with its huge L shaped sofa and matching chair, this is the perfect space for hosting and socialising. If you fancy a bit of peace and quiet the snug is a cosy space, ideal for enjoying some quiet time on the comfortable sofas. Featuring a 46″ Smart TV with freeview, a Wii console and Playstation 4 this is a superb space for children and adults alike. The two sets of bi-folding doors opening out from both the kitchen and the sitting room allow plenty of natural light to flood in to the property creating a relaxing and bright feel as well as being perfect to open up on a hot summers day to let the outside in!

The spectacular feature window at the front of Tern Cottage runs the full height of the property and really makes the most of the wonderful far reaching views across the salt marsh and out to sea.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) and a family shower room. The master bedroom has a super king bed, it’s en-suite with luxurious stand alone bath and has plenty of built in storage. There is also a room with a kingsized bed and a twin bedroom both of which have fabulous coastal views. The family shower room is very well appointed and incredibly stylish! There is also a kingsized bedroom and walk in shower room on the ground floor making the property a superb option for parties with members whole can’t use the stairs.

The lovely private garden and patio at Tern Cottage is completely enclosed and is a real sun trap. Perfect for socialising on hot summer evenings with a charcoal BBQ provided and a magnificent bespoke built-in bench which can seat 8 people, you can tell that the owners had entertaining in mind when they designed this space. There is adequate parking for up to 5 cars at the front of the property, with an electric car charger which guests are welcome to use.

This wonderful property is superbly stylish but also practical and very family friendly making it absolutely ideal for large family get togethers or groups of friends looking for a high quality base to explore everything that north Norfolk has to offer.
